Dr. Sam Rader

Dr. Sam Rader was a former psychologist for 18 years, then took what she learned about childhood development, personality, and growth. . . and created a new quantum healing modality called Source Code.


Dr. Sam believes that our early childhood experience writes a source code within us, which determines the rest of the way that our story unfolds. She helps people rewrite their code for a healthier, more beautiful life.


​Dr. Sam is the author of SOURCE CODE, a forthcoming book about the 12 Coping Styles we adopt in childhood, which helped us then and hurt us now, and how we can heal. Sam's hope is for the book to be used as an owner’s manual for the Self—to bring positive change in the ways we relate with ourselves and others, and in how we parent our children. 
 

Dr. Sam’s vision is to help us emerge as a collective from the Age of the Wounded Child, so that we can remember who we really are, live from love, and together cocreate a more beautiful world.

Maya is a certified Source Code Solvent and has dedicated the last decade to studying and training in alternative emotional healing modalities including shadow work, inner child work, and somatic experiencing. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work with a specialization in counseling. 
 
She is passionate about Source Code as she believes this revolutionary modality is the map home to ourselves. She has seen the ways this work completely transforms lives through her own journey and through working with clients.
 
Maya provides a unique, intuitive approach to teaching the 12-Week. Her goal is to help you understand where the patterns and behaviors that cause you pain originate from. She will guide you to greater acceptance and non-judgment for the parts of yourself that seem unlovable.

The 12-Week Intensive Curriculum

Each week, we'll explore, unpack and embody ways to dissolve each of the Coping Styles.

WEEK 1:
DISCONNECTED to CONNECTED

  • Having the DISCONNECTED Style means you may struggle with not always feeling understood, felt, or believed. You feel different than the rest of humanity in some indefinable way.

​

  • You'll learn to become CONNECTED –– to drop your body into the present moment, become more in touch with your feelings and be vulnerable with others. Feelings become more real and everything shimmers with aliveness. Your heart is opened and you can finally feel at home in this world.

WEEK 2:
FRICTIVE to SPACIOUS

  • Having the FRICTIVE Style means it's quite difficult to slow down or to pause. With a filled up your calendar and mind, you sense an electric charge in your body and feel at risk of disappearing if you were to stop.

​

  • You'll learn to become SPACIOUS –– to make friends with quiet and stillness. With emptiness as your new container, you embody the peace that surpasses all understanding.

WEEK 3:
OMNIPOTENT to SAFE

  • Having the OMNIPOTENT Style means you’ve been quite sensitive to your environment. Everything has to be just so. Any little thing can make you fly off the handle—an unpleasant sensation, an unmet expectation, someone disagreeing with you. Then, just as quickly, you return to feeling great when the “problem” is resolved.

​

  • You’ll learn to become SAFE – and drop from your head into your heart, learning to contain and hold yourself. As you stop pushing and forcing, even more of your true needs for love, safety and ease are finally met.

WEEK 4:
DEPRIVED to RESOURCED

  • Having the DEPRIVED Style means you’ve felt as if other people get the good stuff, not you. Something inside feels empty, broken or bad. With no hope for anything good, you’ve learned how to feed on bad feelings such as self-pity, hurt and bitterness.

  • You’ll learn to become RESOURCED – to trust that there is good inside of you and to open to all the goodness that is available to you. To shift your identity to feeling inherently valuable and lovable just as you are, and you experience true abundance.

WEEK 5:
SYMBIOTIC to SOLID

  • Having the SYMBIOTIC Style means you are a people pleaser and you always try to go with the flow. You fear confrontation and haven’t wanted to rock the boat. You tell others what they want to hear because you don’t want them to be mad at you. 

​

  • You’ll learn to become SOLID – how to hold onto yourself in every situation. When you become the source of your own knowing, wealth, and power, you finally understand that it is safe to be honest and direct with others, because you no longer depend on them in the same way.

WEEK 6:
PREMATURE to NOURISHED

  • Having the PREMATURE Style means your needs have always been last on the list. You are a giver and a doer, providing for others and finding worth in your accomplishments.

​

  • You’ll learn to become NOURISHED – honoring your healthy limits and learning that it’s ok to need and to feed, both literally and emotionally. You’ll experience pleasure, satiation and a filled up tank so you never have to run on fumes and get “hangry.”

WEEK 7:
IDEALIZING to HUMAN

  • Having the IDEALIZING Style means you constantly compare yourself to others to know where you rank. You’ve believed that if you’re not the best, you’re the worst. You’ve been preoccupied with your outsides—how you appear on paper—rather than focusing on your internal world of thoughts, needs, and feelings.

​

  • You’ll learn to become HUMAN – to connect to a felt sense of your humanity. To know that your worth is your essence, not something that has to be earned or proven, so you can finally feel others and be felt by them.

WEEK 8:
FRUSTRATED to IN FLOW

  • Having the FRUSTRATED Style means you’ve felt the world is against you. You’ve been stuck and believed that things can’t change. 

​

  • You’ll learn to become IN FLOW – how to harness the power of your will to architect your life. When you step into a clear, clean sense of your own agency, resistance gives way to flow and you can finally want what you want and get what you want. 

WEEK 9:
INDULGED to INTERBEING

  • Having the INDULGED Style means you’ve come to expect things to go your way. You have a strong will and specific preferences, and you aren’t clear on how getting what you want at any cost may negatively impact others.

  • ​You’ll learn to embody a sense of INTERBEING –– you’ll become aware of how everything is interconnected, and that you are one important part of a larger web of life. You’ll discover that this web of life can feed you in ways that consumerism never could.

WEEK 10:
SQUASHED to ERECT

  • Having the SQUASHED Style means you light up the room, yet unconsciously you've done everything in your power to hide your shine. You’ve wanted so badly to be liked and have deeply feared being hated if others were to feel jealous.

​

  • You’ll learn to stand ERECT – to acknowledge all the beauty and the power that you hold and use it for good. You’ll claim your radiance and your potency, and see how people are actually relieved to see you being true to yourself.

WEEK 11:
PROVOCATIVE to CLEAR

  • Having the PROVOCATIVE Style means your romantic relationships have been riddled with rivalry and jealousy. You have wanted so badly to be special and believed this means you must be sexually desirable.

​

  • You’ll learn to become CLEAR – to know that you are special and lovable without having to stir anyone up or sell yourself out. You’ll become protective of your precious erotic self, sharing it only within the context of a loving, safe relationship.

WEEK 12:
CONSTRICTED to FREE

  • Having the CONSTRICTED Style means you have wanted so badly to be good and have been quite fearful of being wrong or weird. You desperately avoid being caught, exposed, or humiliated, so you never put yourself out there. 

​

  • You’ll learn to become FREE – to embrace your raw, juicy self and learn that nothing catastrophic happens when you do. You’ll relax, let your guard down, and finally experience all the pleasures of being alive.

13th BONUS WEEK:
THE POWER OF THE PATTERN

  • ​Dr. Sam will be live with you on zoom this week to dive in together and go deeper. This final week is a true portal into a new world. Dr. Sam will teach you about the fractal nature of reality–how patterns keep repeating–and how when we shift out of our Coping Styles, anything is possible.

​

  • You will learn about how our Coping Styles mirror the landscapes of our childhood, and how it is possible to transcend our early conditioning to have more creative freedom in architecting our reality and the fabric of our lives.

  • This week is a heartfelt integration of all you have learned, and a meaningful graduation with sweet goodbyes and gratitude from Dr. Sam, Maya, and your fellow classmates.

What is Source Code?

Source Code is a groundbreaking approach to personal growth and evolution that goes beyond the mind. It's a transformative roadmap that enables you to rewrite your early programming, liberating you from lifelong negative patterns and empowering you to create the life you truly desire.

What are the Coping Styles?

Our Coping Styles are the unconscious defense mechanisms we develop in early childhood. Understanding and unraveling these patterns is key to unlocking your true self and experiencing profound personal growth.

Can I have more than one Coping Style?

Absolutely. We all possess several Coping Styles, each influencing how we feel and how we show up. By understanding and dissolving these patterns, you'll not only transform yourself but also deepen your compassion and understanding for others.

Why should I learn about Coping Styles I don't have?

Understanding all the Coping Styles helps you better support those around you —friends, family, coworkers, and more. You’ll finally understand why they are the way they are so their “stuff” won’t bug you in the same way, and you can have greater compassion for them.  


Many participants notice improvements in their relationships, including marriages and parent-child dynamics, after completing the 12-Week program.
 

Who will be my instructor?

Dr. Sam Rader, the visionary creator of Source Code, will instruct you on the program's foundational concepts through exclusive content to watch at home. Maya Nicole, our seasoned guide, will lead you through weekly zoom sessions, providing personalized support and facilitating transformational deep dives and Q&A sessions.

 

Dr. Sam will join for the 13th live bonus week to teach you about the fractal nature of reality and your power to reshape yourself and your world. 

What happens if I can't make any of the live classes?

Not to worry. We understand life's demands, and we offer recordings of all sessions. Participants say they find the recordings to be just as impactful as attending live sessions. Additionally, it’s ok if you're unable to attend the full session, you can come and go as it works in your schedule. The recordings are also helpful to review between sessions to gain a deeper understanding.

Why do I have to apply?

Given the deep and transformative nature of the material, we interview all applicants to ensure the program is the right fit for you. Curating the right group of participants creates a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone can fully engage and thrive.
